9th IPPT_TWINN Workshop - T- RTM technology

The 9h Workshop on T-RTM technology was held at Budapest University of Technology and Economics in Budapest, Hungary.

The workshop started with a presentation by Dr. András Suplicz about thermoplastic composites and the T-RTM technology, after that Gergő Zsolt Marton presented the  interesting topic about investigation of composite samples and their mechanical properties with DIC technology. In the afternoon workshop Dr. András Suplicz and Péter Széplaki presented T-RTM technology in their laboratory.

The second day started with lecture from Péter Széplaki about case study on ultrasonic welding of thermoplastic composites. After presentation the participants went to the laboratory where they  ultrasonically welded T-RTM samples for further characterization of composite samples mechanical and microscopic properties.
